How can I return a product?

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery, but Nove25 accepts return requests within 30 days of receiving the item.

Whether you have an account or purchased as a guest, visit the returns portal. Once you have submitted your request online, you will receive an email with instructions and the return label.

Return costs are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund to be issued.

What condition must the item be in?

It must be unused, complete, and in the same condition as when sold, with its original packaging and all original accessories and contents.

Please note that online orders cannot be returned to Nove25 physical stores.
