How long does the refund take?

The refund is issued to the original payment method once the return has been processed by the team and may take up to 15 business days from the date it is issued. It covers the full price of the item, minus the return costs. If there were any shipping costs, these will not be refunded.

If you paid with Paypal or Klarna, we recommend contacting them if you do not see the refund in your account.

Gift card

During the return process, you can choose to receive your refund as a gift card. If you choose this option, you will receive an email with the code to use in our online store. The gift card expires one year after it is issued.
