Can I return a personalized piece of jewelry?

Custom-made or made-to-measure items cannot be returned, whether they were purchased online or at a Nove25 store. The exception is if the item has a defect or a manufacturing or quality issue. If this applies to you, please describe what happened so our team can review it.
