Can I pick up an online order at a Nove25 store?

Online orders placed from Italy can be collected at Nove25 stores in Italy. When the order arrives at the store, you will receive an email with collection information. You must bring that email and an identity document. You have 6 months to collect it; after that, the order is canceled and the amount paid is credited as a voucher.
