What happens if the jewelry plating loses its shine or changes color?

Electroplated finishes, such as gold, rhodium, or ruthenium, are surface treatments that naturally wear down. Contact with perfumes, creams, chlorinated water, detergents, sunlight, or your skin’s pH can affect their appearance.

For damage to the finish:

• Up to 90 days from purchase: free repair.

• Between 90 and 180 days: 50% discount on the repair.

• After 180 days: re-electroplating at the customer’s expense.
