What services do the stores offer?

They can assess repairs and offer engraving and custom fitting. Custom fitting is available for Nove25 pieces, not for jewelry from other brands.

Additionally, online orders in Italy can be collected from stores. When your order arrives, you’ll receive an email with collection information; bring that email and an ID document.

Online order returns cannot be handed in at a store: they must be returned through the returns portal.
